ABOUT

It's really about putting the fun back into functional fitness. We believe that everyone can find joy
in working out, it's just about finding the right workout for you. As the secret to sustained effort is
to fall in love with the process of progressing or the the type of training that you do.
Because when you do, you'll just keep going. 

STHLM SWING CLUB

This is a passion project. We love working out and we love helping others find joy in doing the same. Seeing someone find strength that they never thought they had, break new ground, start loving themselves or simply find the thing that is right for them will always be the greatest reward. 

Obviously the idea is to spread the gospel of the kettlebell, and we will keep swinging for the fences on that one, but helping people reach their goals and become the best version of themselves will always be our higher purpose.
So why not swing by and give it a go? 

ABOUT ME

I grew up in the countryside playing all the sports. And it gave me some of the greatest lessons for life. Consistency is key. Disciplin beats motivation. Training hard is only half the equation, as nutrition and recovery is just as important. Both mind and body need to be taken care of. 

To formalize these lessons I got a Bachelor's in Psychology from Uppsala Universitet as well as becoming a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through the Academy. I now help others become the best version of themselves, help them learn healthy habits for life and find the same happiness that an active lifestyle have given me. I hope I get to help you too. / Hans
