KETTLEBELL  TRAINING

Kettlebells are the most functional tool in your arsenal. They help you cover everything from strength, cardio and coordination to mobility, balance and flexibility in a low impact way. With the added benefit that they mimic the lifting of everyday life. 

Anyone and everyone can train with kettlebells, and as every kettlebell has the same form factor – once you learn the proper technique – it is infinitely scaleable. So start today and enjoy a lifetime of fun and challenging exercise. 

STRENGTH  TRAINING

Strength and muscle mass is one of the strongest precursors for longevity and quality of life – and as we start loosing about 2% of our muscle mass annual from the age of 30 – everyone should strength train to compensate.


Here we focus on compound movements, hitting every muscle group in a time efficient manner. We work with barbells – focusing on proper technique before progressing – to meet your goals, be it strength, hypertrophy, weight loss or well being.    . 

MUAY THAI TRAINING

Martial Arts are a great way to get an amazing workout without realizing that you are actually working out. Getting to punch, kick, knee and elbow your way to a more healthy life is an incredibly fun way of getting fit and relieving the stress from everyday life.

Muay Thai or thaiboxing means training strength, cardio, coordination, flexibility, explosiveness and balans in one fun workout – all whilst learning how to defend yourself. Here we focus on getting the fundamentals right and then adding flair for fun.

BODYWEIGHT TRAINING

Training is and should be easily accessible to everyone. And you can get a great workout just using your own body as resistance. Not everyone likes going to the gym for any number of reasons and when you are first starting out, using bodyweight exercises will still get you a long way towards your goals.

Here we as always focus on proper technique to avoid risk of injury – find ways to scale all exercises to your level – and then we help you progress from there.
